From 12 October, we will introduce “Boeken & Broeken” a clothing borrowing at the Enschede library.
We have put together a nice collection of garments that you can borrow for a fee during these 3 weeks. A great opportunity to try out different garments. In addition, books will be collected from the library's collection that fit the theme.
! (This time there will be no swapping with points, if you still have Overlap points in your possession, save them for next time when we organise another clothes swap).
How can we consume fashion differently?
During the opportunity to borrow clothes, there will also be demonstrations by other makers, artists and consultants.
On Tuesday evening 18 October you can watch the slow-fashion film: ‘Making A Pair Of Jeans’ from Paul Kruize and the film ‘Desert of No Time’ by Rob Nijland and Remco Mikkers at 20:00 in the Vestzak Theater in Enschede. More info and book free tickets: Click here

From 12 to 29 October for three weeks on Wednesday and Friday 12:00-18:00, on Thursday 12:00-20:00 and on Saturday 10:00-16:00
Friday 28 Oct is Library will be closed due to a study day!

Changing Landscape
The month of October is all about sustainability. Overlap, Twente Circulair and the Enschede Library organise various activities around the theme 'Changing Landscape' such as: lectures, exhibition, workshops, borrowing clothes and films. Van 8 t/m zaterdag 29 oktober.
