The Overlap Foundation processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Stichting Overlap is responsible for making decisions about issues that could affect people, based on automated processing. These decisions are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Overlap Foundation) being involved. Stichting Overlap uses the following computer programs or systems: Mailchimp and the contact form on the website (WordPress).

How long we keep personal data:
Overlap Foundation will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data are collected.
The retention period we use for Mailchimp, first and last name and mail address is until the person unsubscribes, this can be done via the link that is sent at each contact moment.
